REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • IF TOP VENUES GOLF TRAVEL CANCELS AN EVENT due to emergency, inclement weather, or equipment failure, you will be contacted by Top Venues Golf Travel via phone with email confirmation.  An alternate date will be offered.  Those unable to play on the alternate date will receive a full refund.  Refunds will be issued within 14 days of the cancellation date TO THE PAYEE.  If your payment was made by cash or check, your refund CHECK will be mailed to the address on this form.  If you paid by credit card, the refund will be applied to the credit card used in this transaction.

  • TOP VENUES GOLF TRAVEL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO RESELL ANY TICKET for any event when passenger is a “no-show” or cancels. 

  • CANCELLING AFTER BOOKING, for any reason, will result in a $10.00 per person processing fee.

  • CANCELLING 30 DAYS OR LESS BEFORE EVENT, for any reason, THERE WILL BE NO REFUND.

  • We will gladly accommodate name changes.  Please contact us so that we can update our records.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Transportation for the trip is provided by, and solely the responsibility of, The Villages Transportation, and carriage is subject to the Policies of The Villages Transportation.  The Villages Transportation is solely responsible for the traveler’s safety, safe passage and security to and from the site venue for the described day trip.  No smoking will be allowed on the motor coach and seating will be on a first- come, first serve basis.  No alcoholic beverages are permitted on the motor coach (NO EXCEPTIONS OR REFUNDS).  One small bag is permitted for each customer and is to be stored in the overhead compartment of the motor coach. Parking at departure location is at the traveler’s risk.  Any traveler(s) not at the departure point prior to, or at, the time scheduled for departure is/are subject to being “left behind” and no refund will be issued to such traveler(s).  The Villages Transportation and/or Top Venues Golf Travel, LLC. (“TVGT”) shall have the right to deny entry onto the motor coach to anyone who appears to be under the adverse influence of alcohol or drugs. The Villages Transportation reserves the right to discontinue the provision of transportation services to anyone who violates any of the above policies (restrictions).  

 

TVGT shall not be responsible for any injuries, losses or damages in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or structural integrity of ground transportation and accommodations, diseases, local laws, terrorists acts, bankruptcy or cessation of supplier or carrier services, climatic conditions, Acts of God, delays, changes or cancellation of travel due to weather conditions, mechanical conditions, hotel services, accidents or health related problems before or while in-transit to (e.g., an accident on the way to a trip), during, and after a trip, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside TVGT’s control.  Traveler's retention of tickets, reservations, reservation confirmation or bookings after issuance shall constitute a consent to the above and an agreement on his/her part to convey the contents hereto to his/her travel companions or group members. By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks involved in such travel, whether expected or unexpected. Traveler is hereby warned of the above risks as well as possible travel industry bankruptcies and medical and climatic disruptions, and the possibility traveler may be unable to travel as scheduled because of personal emergency.   

 

As used herein, the term “traveler” or “travelers” shall mean the person or persons who name(s) appear on the Reservation Confirmation.  Persons whose name do not appear on the Reservation Confirmation for this day trip will not be permitted to board and travel on the motor coach used for this day trip.    

 

Crowd Notice/Release

 

Please be aware that TVGT may take photos and/or videos during this Day Trip for use in its’ advertising and/or on its’ web site and you consent to your voice, name, and/or likeness being used, without compensation, in photos and/or videos for use in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, for eternity, and you release TVGT, it successors, owners, partners, employees, vendors, licensees, and assigns from any liability whatsoever of any nature.  Please advise the TVGT guide for this Day Trip if you do not wish to be subject to the forgoing.
